As so often happens to remind us of the dangerous job that our fishermen do around our Islands, the An Fong got caught in some very rough seas, unfortunately this time it caused some severe injuries and a loss of life.

On the 11th February 2026 we held a Memorial Service in the Mission for the crew and staff of Silverstream and members of the industry and the public to come and pay their respects to Li Bixin the crewman who sadly lost his life.

These are always sad, sobering occassions when all areas of the industry pull together to support one another.
