Supporting Seafarers in the Falkland Islands

The Lighthouse Seafarers Mission is an independent Christian Charity serving all seafarers within the Falkland Islands.

Staff and Volunteers provide practical, emotional and spiritual support within the Mission and when necessary on board vessels.

Alongside a range of welfare and emergency services we offer full board accommodation for seafarers recuperating from sickness or injury.

Frequently Asked Questions

The centre is open 24 hours a day when ships are alongside. We're also available by telephone 51779 or email lighthouse@horizon.co.fk

Most of the facilities are free for Seafarers. Some items do carry a small cost, but we keep these as low as we can.

We are here to help all Seafarers as much as we can, please do not be afraid to ask, however small or large your problem we will do what we can if you want us to.
