On Wednesday 5th February while trying to leave Stanley Harbour the An Fong 168 ran aground into what is left of the wreck the Charles Cooper. With assistance from the Sulivan launches she managed to move off but the wind was against her and she ended up parrallel to Ross Road between the Public Jetty and a privately owned jetty. No one was hurt.
Thursday saw her recovered again with assistance from Sulivan launches and this time also the Giessenstroom Tug to a refloating position in the Harbour but it was still too rough to assess any damage or move her alongside FIPASS.
Friday morning she was finally towed and pushed alongside FIPASS and the crew were allowed some R&R in the Mission.
