During this 25th Anniversary year for the Lighthouse Seafarers Mission Mike and Kirsten Hughes remain very much in our minds. Mike and Kirsten had the vision and energy to start the Mission all those years ago and take it forward.

We had hoped to bring them over from New Zealand at some point this year but logistically that has not been possible.

The Pictures show Mike and Kirsten with their son Caleb who is a qualified Doctor. The second picture is of their son Adam, his wife Katie and their son Niam.

We thank God for Mike and Kirsten’s Faith, Vision and Determination without which the Lighthouse Seafarers Mission would not be where it is today.
